Directions:
To create these you only have to print them off double sided or print the two pages and then glue them together. You can also print on card or laminate. Then all you need to do is cut them out.
Manipulate a numberline on to fluently add and subtract to 10 or 20. Cut the paper to fit inside the ziplock bag to add and subtract to 10. Then write numbers 0-10 with a sharpie on the back to add and subtract to 20. Use the slider piece to add and subtract.
There is an exit slip as a formative assessment included.

This exit ticket can be used as a formative assessment check in on exponents and powers of 10 place-value. A 3-2-1 bulls eye at the bottom makes it easy to identify students who understand the concept and those who need more instruction.
Use these no-frills cards to have students cut and match vocabulary words to their definitions. Then have them paste them to 3X5 index cards and draw an example of the word. I punch holes in the cards prior to class and give students a binder ring to put them on so we can add to and review all year. I also give periodic vocabulary quizzes which I will list later.
You could also use these as an interactive bulletin board or center.
