Daily Behavior Note for Parent Communication
With this quick note a teacher can quickly report on a student's behavior for the day in several areas. The areas to report on can be changed to math your school day or needs. I have found this method very useful with parents who want a daily report. This is a method I found to me manageable to keep up with daily for multiple students.

2018- 2019 Editable Calendars for Teachers and Students (Horizontal)
This resource includes monthly calendars for 2018-2019 school year. These are great for communication with parents, lesson planning, curriculum planning, behavior progress, school events, etc. They are completely editable. Refocus Form *Appropriate for IB PYP Action Cycle
This editable Refocus Behavior Form is appropriate for all schools including ones who use the IB Action Cycle. This form works best for primary grades. There are boxes where students can write or draw a picture of what action occurred, what they could do differently and what they will do next time (act, choose, reflect). Parent Update/Newsletter: "What we worked on"
This is an editable template for teachers to inform parents what they worked on daily throughout the week. You can type on it or write on it. This is great especially for special education teachers with students who complete various tasks daily. It keeps parents informed! There are two types: Class form (to send out with parent classroom newsletters) and individual student forms. There are also forms that ask for the parent's signature at the bottom and forms that do not ask for the signature.

Behavior Think Sheet
When students misbehave, it is important for them to think about and understand what they did wrong. More importantly, to follow their actions with consequences, students should consider what they should have done instead. After an incident, a child can complete this think sheet with 3 columns: What I did, Why it was wrong, and What should I have done.
