Experience

Hey y'all! I am a BCBA and licensed Special Education teacher. I currently serve as the behavior specialist in a school division working with kiddos from pk-12 with varying disabilities. I help train teachers and students on behavior strategies and supports including communication, language acquisition, DTT, visual supports, reinforcement, and self-management plans.

Teaching style

I believe that every child can be successful and it takes an innovative and creative teaching style to help be successful in their own way. My classroom style was highly structured, visual and language centered.

My own education history

I am a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) with experience in working with students with autism, emotional disabilities, ADHD, and other disabilities. I received a BA in Psychology and a MEd in Special Education with a concentration in Autism Spectrum Disorder from Auburn University. War Eagle!
