Students write a newspaper article written from the Buddha's perspective. A graphic organizer is provided as well as a sample of a student's final draft. Students offer advice to another student and are encouraged to reference the Eightfold Path and Four Noble Truths. This is an extension activity and it is recommended to purchase after students have been taught a foundation about Ancient India and Buddhism.
Included is five weekly projects that can be completed to supplement a unit on Greek Mythology. One example of an assignment included is for students to create their own board game based on gods or goddess they have studied. A rubric for the board game and a sample for the "collage" project is also included.
