About the store

Experience

Our names are Erika and Jen, and we both love teaching sixth grade math! We have eight years of combined teaching experience including second, fourth, and fifth grade instruction as well.

Teaching style

The two of us seize every possible opportunity to combine music, motions, technology, and creative art to the more traditional methods of math instruction in our classrooms. We utilize interactive notebooks rather than textbooks as the primary reference tools for our students.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Apart from awards for academic excellence in college, we have also been honored with a district-wide "Apple Award" for excellence in teaching.

My own education history

We have both earned Master's Degrees in Education.

Additional biographical information

Although we are young in our teaching careers and still have a lot to learn, we also have a lot to share! We have been inspired by many other TPT sellers, so we hope you enjoy our teaching resources as well!
