Experience

I've found that keeping things engaging and relevant is a major key to student buy-in, and thus, student success. Teaching style

In teaching EC students, I have found the need for many hands-on activities. I can't stand doing all worksheets and formal notes. We have to get down and dirty with math.

My own education history

I have a Bachelor's in Special Education with a concentration in Math.
