I always found it difficult to keep up with classroom jobs on a weekly basis. I created this job application which allows my students to apply for jobs they really want (meaning they'll actually get done). This weekly report is completed by both the student and the teacher. I always did weekly reflections as morning work every Friday. Students completed the top half, either finishing the sentences (1st & 2nd quarter) or writing a letter to their family (3rd & 4th quarter)...then they rated their behaviors for the week.
