This is a review or introductory game for converting in customary units of weight- specifically comparing weights in ounces and pounds. Students will play with a partner by dividing their cars evenly and then play "war". They may need to convert from ounces to pounds or vice versa in order to be able to decide who has the largest weight.

This is a Smartboard to accompany the reading of Charles Dickens A Christmas Carol. I have created questions, activities and vocabulary review interactives to compliment in class discussion of the novel. My students love to read this book around the holidays, and I find it is a great and challenging piece of literature.

These Ratio Task Cards are great for Scoot or for a center. I have also included a Ratio Scoot chart to match with the 18 problems, as well as an answer key. Students will write relationships as ratios represented in all 3 ways.

This is a math game for 2-4 players. Students travel around a triangular board trying to make it from start all the way back around the board. There are many triangle related questions including: finding the measure of the missing angle, classifying angles by lengths of sides and measures of angles, constructing triangles and triangle facts.

This is a fun game that allows students to build their vocabulary and to practice trickery with one another to earn points and win the game! Students love to play this game and to not only guess the correct definition but to also get others to pick theirs.
