This bundle is the complete Level 4 set in my Individualized Math system, which generally corresponds to fourth grade. This system is designed for math tutoring but can be used for homeschoolers or in small pull-out groups, and the worksheets are useful in any classroom.

The 19-page assessment (which comes with accompanying answer key and several guides to using the system) covers nearly every concept learned during fourth grade. Exceptions are concepts that are very minor or advanced enough to wait till fifth grade (tessellations, prime factorization, circle graphs, etc.). The accompanying chart matches each concept on the test with a specific set of worksheets included in the bundle, enabling a tutor to quickly prepare a customized program for a student.
