Multiplication Fluency Data Chart
Students can always benefit from keeping track of their own progress in skill building. You can use this template for students to graph their scores on a quick multiplication skill quiz. Note: This is set up for 20 multiplication problems. I use Math-aids.com to generate a 1 minute fluency quiz which has 20 problems. Individual Multiplication Fluency Tracker (editable)
I use this individual tracker to measure 5th grade students' multiplication fluency. Instead of recording the grades in the gradebook, I have students fill in their scores on this sheet each time they are assessed, approximately every 2 weeks. Students are motivated when they improve their scores and continue to review their multiplication facts (0-12). If a student's score drops,he/she is reminded to have a growth mindset and strive to improve on the next assessment.

Multiplication Facts Tracker
Encourage students to track their multiplication facts mastery throughout the year. I separate out by specific facts (1's, 2's, 3's, etc) and then move up to "mixed facts". I simply added a few lines for the Mixed Facts sheets.

Graphing Multiplication Success
It's difficult to teach students higher level math when they don't know their basic facts. How can you hold kids accountable and motivate them to practice their math facts? Have your students track their progress with multiplication fact mastery. Students can fill in the graph after taking a weekly timed test on the basic multiplication facts. This product is a Word document, so it can be modified to your needs.
