About the store

Hello! I'm Eric, the creator, author, and producer of EJFullerton. I am passionate about education and learning.

I am an Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) with over 15 years of classroom teaching experience. As an OCT I am held to the Standards of Practice and the Ethical Standards for the teaching profession set out by the Ontario College of Teachers. This means that you can trust me to deliver high-quality, relevant, professional, and knowledgeable lessons, resources and courses.

I began by creating my own educational video lessons and posting them on YouTube several years ago when I was teaching a Grade 8 class. I wanted to better engage and instruct my students in Math, so I decided to "flip" my class. For homework, my students watched my video lessons at home via my YouTube channel. The next day in class, students were engaged in meaningful activities designed to apply and enhance their learning. All the activities were done in the classroom where I was available for support, while the learning was done at home (hence the "flip").

Over time, my videos gained YouTube viewers and subscribers from all over the world! I came to the realization that through YouTube, I could help and instruct learners well beyond the students in my classroom and school. That realization lead me to expand my "reach" to Teachers Pay Teachers, where I can share resources related to my video lessons and more!

That's the story of EJFullerton: A passion project built out of a love for teaching and learning.

Every video lesson, resource, and course that I create are thoroughly researched and adhere to proven learning theory, pedagogy, and curriculum expectations. You can be sure that when you are learning with EJFullerton, you are learning with the best!
