With over a decade of dedicated service in education since 2007, my journey has been marked by a myriad of enriching experiences. From my beginnings as a Special Educator to my current leadership role in implementing MTSS, RTI, PBIS systems Denver, I've continually evolved. Alongside my roles, I've engaged in tutoring, product development, and consultancy, all fueling my passion for educational advancement. Driven by a commitment to enhancing literacy, learning, and teacher efficacy, I established Morgan Learning. Our endeavor is to revitalize both individual and school-wide systems, fostering a culture of academic excellence. At the heart of my teaching philosophy lies a commitment to delivering immersive, concept-driven, and meaningful instruction in reading, writing, and math. Throughout my tenure in the classroom, I delved into extensive research and eagerly participated in training sessions to unearth strategies aimed at enriching my students' learning experiences. Today, as a Lead, Coach, and Consultant, I draw upon this wealth of knowledge to champion the growth of students, educators, and leaders alike. Central to our approach is a dedication to research-backed methodologies, adeptly synthesizing data from diverse sources to inform our practice. By strategically employing techniques that pinpoint the most impactful next steps, we set our educational system apart, ensuring every learner thrives.
