This Minecraft build focuses on the 5th grade Common Core Standards 5.G.B.3 and 5.G.B.4 . I have used it with grades 4 and 6 as well with no adaptations. This Minecraft build is extremely simple and straightforward. The student instruction sheet takes students through a Minecraft build step by step. The build has students building number lines, both the positive and negative sides, and then building something that they associate with each side. Students of all learning levels can complete the build.
As in my other builds, there is an optional research section for the students to complete that will lead to further mastery of the content.
