I use this sheet when students are working independently/in groups while I do small group or when they are rotating through stations (especially for science). It is ideally for upper elementary but can be modified for other grades. This product includes an 'Activity Accountability' PDF (for students to write in activities) and a Powerpoint version for you to edit (and write in the stations/descriptions). When we started our unit on Landforms and changes to Earth’s surface, I realized that a lot of my students were not familiar with the different landforms. In order to familiarize my students I decided to do this activity with them. I formatted it as a ‘game’.
