Each historian believes a different individual to be the one whose life is portrayed through the songs, ballads and tales of Robin Hood. Students will progress through these stations, taking notes, in order to come up with a decision of their own. Who do THEY think was the real Robin Hood and why? Even though I don't, you can always connect this activity to any of the movies or books about Robin Hoo

This is a lengthy project that covers many science topics/concepts. Students will start by engineering a miniature golf course cut out of cardboard. They have specific constraints about the design and theme requirements for their course. This will require them to calculate volume for several different things such as walls, bridges, tunnels, obstacles, etc. Then, they will look at the difference in mass and diameter between a marble and a golf ball. Using everyday items they will attempt to turn
