I LOVE my job!!! I have been teaching professionally since 1991! (Before that, I worked camps and after-school programs!) I've spent 15 years teaching PK - 3rd grade, Reading Recovery, ELL, and Math Recovery. I was an assistant principal for 5 years, but missed teaching. I currently serve as a district resource teacher, so I get to work with kids AND teachers!! I am so lucky!!

Teaching style

I am a true constructivist teacher!! I think Vygotsky was a genius. I strive to teach students and teachers at their ZPD (Zone of Proximal Development) so they push themselves to learn!!
