Mindfulness coloring can be used as a brain break, calming strategy, activity centre etc within the classroom. The opportunities for their use are endless. I personally enjoy using them as an activity first thing in the morning. This allows my students time to calm and settle before beginning more higher level thinking/learning tasks.
