If you teach third grade math, this is jam-packed with everything you need to teach measurement and cover the Common Core standards! This set was designed so you would have a complete unit. The presentation is so easy to follow that a substitute could even teach new content if you were unexpectedly absent!

**Please note the measurement & data standards are broken up into measurement, data, and geometric measurement. See topics below for what is covered in this measurement unit. The other units will be in my growing bundle!

There are 5 main topics for this Fractions unit! (See notes below)

*Intervals of Time

*Mass & Liquid Volume (grams, kilograms, liters)

*Length - Measuring to the Nearest Quarter Inch

*Solving Word Problems (with measurements)

**Only grams, kilograms, and liters are covered in mass/volume as dictated by the standards. After contacting the CC experts, they do want 3rd graders to only stick to these units.**

Extra Practice for telling time, finding intervals of time (or start/finish times), and measuring length to the nearest quarter inch.

♦A full in-depth presentation on all main and review topics listed above, this includes class practice questions and answers at the end of each section. (There is also a brief review on the phrasing and vocabulary of addition and subtraction in word problems.)

♦3 Assessments PER main topic. Each topic has a regular practice assessment, an "Application" assessment (word problems, using tables), and a "Test Prep" with multiple choice (all w/ keys!)

♦Paper 6-sided dice if needed, as well as 1-6 cards if preferred over dice to use for games.

♦ Extra blank clocks to use to reinforce concepts as needed and model clocks for their interactive notebooks you can use for practice if you do not have model clocks!

♦Very detailed notes for you from me on how to use the set! This includes a "Unit Guide" correlating all of the mini-unit/topics in a chart for ease of use and planning!

***Please note that while these are in color, they print beautifully in black and white! I know many of us do not have color printers at school, so I wanted to make sure these worked both ways!
